Technical Assistance Requested
In response to a comment to my last post, I would like to post an Excel spreadsheet on this blog site. If you know how to do this, or to post a spreadsheet somewhere else (please tell me where, and how) and make it available through a link in my blog, please leave me instructions for doing so. In addition to posting the plan I've developed for my own spring and early summer races, I'd like to post a pretty good training log that I've developed and think others may be interested in using. Thanks.

Not sure that you can post a file to a blogger account. I believe that you would have to host it elsewhere and link to it. If you like, you can email the file to me and I can put it on my web server. I would then give you the URL which you could post in your blog. my email address is don.geek at gmail.com

I am certainly no technical expert so please take my suggestion with the few grains of salt that it deserves.
With that in mind, and there are probably better ways to do this - here is something that I tried and seemed to work.
I have Adobe Acrobat Professional. I opened the Excel file in Adobe and saved it as a jpeg, and then went through the normal process of uploading a picture to the post. You will probably need to monkey with it to get the right font size ect, so that we can read your file.
